Man Digs Ditch, Flooding Ensues.

A hilariously interesting story regarding riparian rights, via Fark:
Idaho man floods his own gravel pit to make a nature preserve, by tearing down the adjoining riverbank and diverting the flow of 1 million gallons of water onto his property.
Morons playing with heavy machinery never cease to amaze me.
