		<description>The most annoying DRM-type problem I have is with iTunes not allowing purchases in iTunes stores other than the buyer's home country.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;I'd spend a lot of money on British music, if only given the chance.  I still buy what I want, but I must order it from  Amazon UK or something like that.  Shipping is expensive, which requires me to cut back on the music I buy.  Instead of spending it on their music, record companies would rather I give the price of at least one cd to the UK postal service.  Brilliant.</description>
