The Non-Libertarian FAQ (Updated)

An updated version of my reply to Mike Huben’s Non-Libertarian FAQ contains the following additional rebuttal points:

There’s more to follow, eventually. The arguments are starting to get pretty thin, however.

    I wonder “Is it worth spending time refuting the arguments of fools?”

    The same false arguments tend to repeated over and over again.

      FSK – in the long run, you’re probably correct that it’s not worth debating fools. OTOH, from time to time it’s beneficial to review & address these arguments in one’s own words, if only because they’re so widely held.

    I would add: and only if you reject the arguments put forth against the possibility of consent to the state at http://radgeek.com/gt/2009/01/08/can_anybody/.

    Bwah, this guy goes through some serious twists to get what he wants… Good effort with this rebuttal, though.
