I have been banking with you for a while, now. I particularly like the colors of your website. Lately, I have been seeing this message with alarming frequency:
The server at secure.ingdirect.com is taking too long to respond.
This happens whether I use Firefox or IE, at home or at work. Sometimes it happens prior to the log-in screen, sometimes it happens after the log-in screen. This is unacceptable. If this nonsense persists much longer, I have no qualms about transferring my entire balance to one of your competitors, with whom I presently have an account.
