Any of my readers who speak or could translate from Lithuanian?

I’ve been getting traffic from a forum with a .lt top-level domain.

The post is here, and is referencing my primer on Malinvestment;. It appears to be a financial/economics forum of some sort, but I know zero Lithuanian. I don’t even know if “Lithuanian” is a language, although I presume it is.
