I’ll be taking a few days off, leaving the D on thursday at 6am for a travel-filled day that involves automobiles and aeroplanes (but no trains, because they’re commies.) First is the flight to Seattle, via Minn/StPaul, and then a grueling 4.5 hour drive up to Whistler, BC where I’ll be doing lots of this:

That one’s from two years ago, in Winter Park, CO. The weather was gorgeous – last year in Park City, the weather was horrendous, with rain that ruined the tail end of my trip. Whether I blog while I’m out there depends on the weather, the booze, and of course, cougar.

But seriously – vacation, folks. When I’m not “shredding” I’ll be trying to catch up on some reading (seriously). I don’t particularly plan on keeping current with the current events, although I do have some ideas that have been rolling around in blogger for a while, waiting to become splendiforous verbal tirades.
