Chrysler found itself several times on the brink of collapse – and answered with vehicles that they couldn’t sell fast enough. In 1984, Lee Iacocca’s Chrysler put forth the Dodge Caravan – the first “minivan,” ushering in a new age for soccer moms everywhere, no longer confined to the stigma of station wagons… And recently, they developed the 300 – a beautifully styled auto that the market can’t get enough of.
General Motors, and Ford, however, have been lacking in the innovation department of late. It seems, they can’t make a single car that anyone really wants. Until perhaps, the near future:

Now, if they could only get those pesky labor unions under control, there might be hope still for the Motor City.
