Really. What’s the freaking point – if it’s a clock that we can adjust forwards as well as backwards, what’s the point of having it? The minute a global-killer warhead is in the air, those who “set” the clock will simply say “Oh fuck! it’s midnight,” no matter what time it previously said.

I hope this is not something that my taxes pay for, but I’d be surprised if it wasn’t.
