I just ran a search for “Dominant Assurance” on JSTOR. Subscription service is required, but if you’re a student, check with your library, you probably have access. Otherwise, you’re officially boned.
Anyways, it turned pretty much nothing. I first learned of dominant assurance contracts via Tyler Cowen, who blogs at Marginal Revolution, and I am at the very least, intrigued by the idea. I wonder if my deficiency in mathematics (which I will remedy with a community college course in calculus, if my schedule affords me the time) will be a road-block… But like I said, I find the idea intriguing. Dominant Assurance contracts are in the running for a potential thesis topic. I’d also like to consider Anarchy from a game theoretical approach, but see my above reservations for mathematics.
